Requirements

  • Hold and maintain all relevant professional licenses and/or certifications.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision as required to maintain credentials.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all professional referral sources, including managing initial inquiries and coordinating with Intake to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process.
  • Act as the key liaison between Ashley and referral partners
  • Develop and implement a repeatable, standardized process for onboarding new referral sources
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide training and support that prepares Ashley staff to effectively treat professional populations.
  • Coordinate with Clinical Outreach and Clinical Leadership to identify and cultivate new referral opportunities, using data to guide strategic expansion into additional professional groups.
  • Contact each potential patient and their referral source prior to intake to fully understand the nature and complexity of the case.
  • Meet with each patient in person within 48 hours of admission to: Set expectations, Assess individual needs, Establish ongoing rapport and familiarity throughout treatment.
  • Facilitate a weekly topic group for pilots or other designated professional cohorts.
  • Serve as the liaison between clinical supervisors and referral sources to ensure optimal communication and alignment during the course of treatment.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of patient participation, outcomes, program engagement, referral trends, and professional categories (e.g., pilots, flight attendants, physicians). Use this data to guide strategic program decisions and plan for future continuum-of-care expansions.
  • Organize, schedule, and lead regular rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Prioritize and promote family participation and family communication in all interactions with referral sources related to the Professionals Program.
  • Manage all aspects of five-day evaluations, ensuring a high-quality, well-documented, and clinically sound process.
  • Identify opportunities—including conferences, events, and professional gatherings—that will enhance visibility and support the growth of the Professionals Program.
  • Coordinate Ashley’s participation in external events, working with Clinical Leadership to maximize program exposure and engagement.
  • Plan and execute conferences, workshops, and other Ashley-hosted events related to the Professionals Program.
  • Develop and oversee creation of marketing and promotional materials to support program awareness and referral development.
