Primary Care Physician Guaranteed Salary of $248k-$300k Make a difference in a vibrant Southern Colorado community. Annual Salary of $248,000 to $300,000 FTCA, GAP and Tail Malpractice coverage at no cost to clinician. Comprehensive health benefits including Med/Den/Vis, STD, LTD, AD&D. EPIC EHR system Patient Panel of 1200 per Provider Average/Goal of 12-14 patients daily Join a large group of 20 Physicians, 2 Medical Directors and 44 Advance Practice Providers Career mentoring available Integrated On-site Pharmacy, Laboratory, Behavioral Health, Perinatal, Women’s Health and Dental. Robust Care Team Model that includes RN’s, dedicated medical assistant teams, case managers, dietician and referrals team. PCHC has 11 sites which, together, provide medical, dental, and behavioral health as well as two on-site pharmacies and labs to serve over 25,000 patients.
