Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine (ABEM or ABOEM)
Active and unrestricted Texas medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)
DEA certification
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care to a diverse patient population
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, advanced practice clinicians, and specialists
Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for accurate and timely documentation
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
