Central Health is seeking a skilled Physician to join our expanding clinical team, committed to providingcompassionate, high-quality care to underserved communities across Travis County.In this position, you will collaborate with patients, their families, and our multidisciplinary staff to offer specializedconsultation and comprehensive care for patients with sleep disorders. Working in a multi-specialty environment,you will coordinate closely with other specialties to ensure holistic care. This is a full-time outpatient role, withdirect clinical sessions divided between in-person visits, video consultations, econsults, and e-reviews. You maysupervise advanced practice providers and serve as an attending physician for learners at various levels.This position will work closely with the Associate Director of Medical Specialty Care and will actively partner withthe pulmonology team in developing programs for managing and treating sleep disorders. You will also help designclinical workflows to improve access to care, support evidence-based practices, and enhance efficiency. Ten percentof clinical time will be dedicated to administrative tasks.Central Health's mandate is to serve as the safety net for individuals in the county who need healthcare services.Mission alignment and an empathetic approach are key to advancing health equity, inclusion, patient experience,and positive clinical outcomes.
