About The Position

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Part-Time Sleep Medicine Physician to join our group in Crown Point, IN. Interested candidate will be joining a fast-paced, talented team. Ideal candidate will have 1 – 2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine and/or Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine as a Physician, with focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with team to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Requirements

• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine and/or Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine as a Physician, with focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff
• Provider will need to work collaboratively with team to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care

Responsibilities

• Complete patient health assessments
• Diagnosis and treat individuals with current or potential sleep needs
• Offer lifestyle, medical and dietary suggestions
• Develop treatment plan for patients
