HealthPlus Staffing is a rapidly growing healthcare recruitment firm specializing in the placement of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers nationwide. Over the past several years, we have partnered with 250+ healthcare organizations across the United States including private practices, hospital systems, urgent care centers, and specialty clinics. Our team focuses on building long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations while connecting highly qualified providers with opportunities that match their career goals. We are currently seeking a Physician Recruiter focused on Women’s Health to join our team. This is a full-desk recruiting role , meaning the recruiter will be responsible for both: Business Development – Identifying and partnering with Women’s Health practices nationwide Provider Recruitment – Sourcing and placing Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers The recruiter will focus primarily on Women's Health specialties , including: OB/GYN Maternal-Fetal Medicine Reproductive Endocrinology Gynecology Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners Physician Assistants specializing in Women’s Health This role requires someone who is motivated, organized, and comfortable with both sales and recruiting activities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to clients and candidates
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage both recruiting and client development responsibilities
  • Experience using recruiting or CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to Women’s Health clinics and healthcare organizations nationwide
  • Develop relationships with medical practices seeking Physicians and APPs
  • Present HealthPlus Staffing’s contingency-based placement services
  • Generate new client partnerships and job orders
  • Maintain consistent BD outreach and pipeline activity
  • Source Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers for open positions
  • Conduct candidate outreach via phone, email, and recruiting platforms
  • Screen candidates and evaluate experience and qualifications
  • Present qualified providers to clients
  • Coordinate interviews and assist throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain candidate and client activity in the CRM
