UW Health in northern Illinois seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join the over 350 employed providers of the SwedishAmerican Medical Group in Rockford, Illinois. As a member of our medical group, you will enjoy excellent practice support, including: The region's largest and most-preferred medical group and health system, with access to a variety of specialists Full-service academic hospital support including the UW Health Women and Children's Hospital and UW Health Heart Hospital Excellent tertiary specialty support from University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health Flexible full- and part-time practice options As a teaching hospital, academic and teaching appointments are available with the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford, providing the opportunity to work with medical students and family medicine residents
Requirements
- MD or DO; BC or BE in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active license in the State of Illinois and active DEA license, or the ability to apply for such licenses prior to or upon hire.
