About The Position
We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join a community-based outpatient practice located in Clyde, NY . Youll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting with light, phone-only call coverage shared among other practices within the health system.
Requirements
- US Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Doctorate Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
- Eligible for New York State licensure
- Demonstrated commitment to community-based primary care and long-term patient relationships
