As our Physician Liaison RN, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless care for our pediatric therapy patients by: Calling in therapists’ verbal orders quickly and accurately Tracking and obtaining signed plans of care and physician orders Partnering closely with therapists and physician offices to keep care moving Supporting smooth operations and exceptional service delivery Representing KidsCare Home Health with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Active RN License (required)
- 1–3 years of administrative or care coordination experience
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay highly organized
Responsibilities
