Requirements
- Active RN License (required)
- 1–3 years of administrative or care coordination experience
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay highly organized
Responsibilities
- Calling in therapists’ verbal orders quickly and accurately
- Tracking and obtaining signed plans of care and physician orders
- Partnering closely with therapists and physician offices to keep care moving
- Supporting smooth operations and exceptional service delivery
- Representing KidsCare Home Health with professionalism and care
