About The Position

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Regional Marketing team in the role of Regional Physician Liaison. The Regional Physician Liaison serves as a strategic growth catalyst for the IU Health system by cultivating high-value relationships with both independent and employed primary care providers. This role is responsible for driving referral volume and protecting retention within targeted territories by aligning clinical services with current market strategies. Beyond active promotion, the Liaison acts as a critical problem-solver for physician offices, identifying and resolving operational barriers to ensure a seamless referral experience. By reporting real-time market intelligence and competitor activity back to system leadership, this position provides the "boots on the ground" insights necessary to refine and execute the organization’s overarching growth and clinical mission. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required
  • Ability to travel in service area on a regular basis; overnight travel may be required
  • Bachelors Degree required or equivalent years of experience

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales experience
  • Prior Healthcare industry experience
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills preferred
