Outpatient only Shared call schedule EPIC EMR On campus of Community Hospital North with access to full lab, urgent care and imaging services nearby
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
