About The Position

Vituity is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians to join their team at Adventist Health Selma, with Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians also being considered. This opportunity offers up to a $100k sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. The practice at Adventist Health Selma is described as a small, community hospital featuring a well-equipped ER, a hardworking staff, and a great team culture. It is a 45-bed facility with 10 ED beds and six other patient care areas, handling an annual volume of 45,000 patients with a 5% admit rate. The site utilizes PA/NPs for Rapid Medical Evaluation (RME) to enhance patient satisfaction and reduce wait times, and has previously received Vituity’s Practice of the Year award. Providers will be cross-credentialed at other Adventist CVN sites including Hanford, Reedley, and Tulare. Selma, California, located in Fresno County, is known as the “Raisin Capital of the World” due to its rich agricultural heritage, reflected in its vineyards and orchards. The community hosts annual events like the Raisin Festival and offers access to the scenic Blossom Trail. Requirements

Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians
Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians will also be considered
