About The Position

Join our growing orthopedic practice as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in our Orthopedic Express Care! This is an exciting opportunity to work independently while being supported by a collaborative team of experienced orthopedic physicians. You’ll evaluate and treat acute musculoskeletal injuries and make a real impact on patients’ recovery and experience.
Requirements
- Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Colorado
- Strong orthopedic assessment and decision-making skills
- Confidence working independently in an Express Care setting
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Interest or experience in musculoskeletal injury management preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage acute orthopedic injuries including sprains, strains, and fractures
- Perform physical exams, procedures, splinting, casting, and DME fitting
- Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and coordinate follow-up care
- Refer patients requiring advanced orthopedic care within the practice
- Lead and support Express Care clinical staff
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians and leadership
