MVPC is seeking a compassionate, driven Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will evaluate and manage patients suffering from acute and chronic pain while working closely with a supportive team of physicians and healthcare providers.   • Conduct detailed patient assessments including interviews, physical exams, and review of diagnostic imaging
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans, including referrals for conservative therapy or interventional procedures
  • Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens in compliance with practice, state, and federal guidelines
  • Perform and/or assist with in-office procedures including joint injections, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections (training provided as needed)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and other care providers to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
  • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
  • Current Arizona state licensure or eligibility
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must obtain an ACLS and BLS (in person or hybrid)
  • Nurse Practitioners must have their DEA upon hire
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery preferred, but new graduates will be considered
