What you'll do as a Program Administrator 2: Plans, develops & organizes all major aspects, activities & initiatives for the Built for the Badge Program; Establishes program goals, guidelines, minimum standards & best practices. Furnishes program information to first responder agencies, colleges & universities, & local community organizations in order to promote & seek interest in program participation; Responds to all programmatic issues or needs of leadership, staff or participating agencies. Researches innovative program ideas or information that can assist first responders with improving &/or maintaining their physical health & wellness, nutrition, sleep habits, &/or other wellness concepts. Coordinates physical wellness programs & events for first responder agencies around the state; Plans, facilitates & participates in workout sessions with first responder agencies utilizing provided equipment. Requirements
