• Licensure: Current, valid California Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license.

Responsibilities

• High-Quality Intervention: Deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments in an outpatient setting, following the plan of care developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Functional Mobility: Guide patients through outpatient-focused gait training, therapeutic exercises, and balance activities utilizing our state-of-the-art equipment.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of therapists and nurses to ensure a holistic, resident-centered approach to recovery.
• Patient & Family Education: Empower patients and their families by providing instruction on assistive devices and home exercise programs tailored for outpatient services.
• Precise Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely daily notes and progress reports in accordance with California state and facility standards.
