Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for patient care and rehabilitation
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic rehab environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility and function
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, gait training, and modalities
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and recovery goals
- Accurately document all treatments in the EMR system
- Contribute to discharge planning and overall patient outcomes
