About The Position

At Dublin Post Acute, we provide skilled nursing and rehabilitation services focused on helping residents recover, regain strength, and return to their highest level of independence. Our therapy team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Requirements

  • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in Ohio
  • Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
  • Strong documentation and time management skills
  • Compassionate and team-oriented approach to care

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SNF, LTC, or rehab setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, gait training, and strengthening exercises
  • Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
  • Educate patients and families on mobility techniques and safety
  • Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (OT, ST, nursing, social services)
