Join our Reno Orthopedic Center team as a Physical Therapist! ROC offers dedicated, flexible ramp-up time, patient volume control, protected documentation time (30 minutes per half day), and flexible schedules (e.g., 4/10s). Base pay is always guaranteed, with biannual performance bonuses that do not impact base pay. The center provides numerous growth opportunities, including dedicated CME funds ($2,500 annually) for specialty certifications, conferences, and license renewals, opportunities to become a lead therapist, and an Orthopedic Residency Program for PTs. Additional benefits include student loan repayment funds ($10k), relocation assistance ($5k), and a retention bonus ($15k) in some locations. New graduates are welcome, and PT Compact privileges are accepted. ROC targets a 2 patient per hour caseload (1:2) once fully ramped up, with flexibility. They use Epic GardenPlot as their EMR and are working on AI dictation and scribing. Each new therapist receives a named mentor. There are no productivity penalties for no-show appointments, and quick authorizations are handled by a dedicated therapy authorizations team. The clinics are equipped with modern, safe equipment, ergonomic workspaces, and lifting-assist devices. Leadership is open, supportive, and collaborative, trusting physical therapists as clinical experts with autonomy in treatment decisions. Physicians value PT input, fostering interdisciplinary teamwork.
