Join our Reno Orthopedic Center team as a Physical Therapist! ROC offers dedicated, flexible ramp up time, patient volume choice within supported ranges, and protected documentation time (30-minute block for every half day of patient care). Flexible schedules like 4/10’s or two late evenings with three shorter days are available. Base pay is always guaranteed, with performance-based bonuses paid biannually that do not impact base pay. Growth opportunities include dedicated CME funds ($2,500 annually) for specialty certifications, conferences, and license renewals, opportunities to become a lead therapist, and an Orthopedic Residency Program. The center also provides student loan repayment funds ($10k), relocation assistance ($5k), and a retention bonus ($15k) in some locations. New graduates are welcome and will receive a named mentor on their first day. PT Compact privileges are accepted for faster starts. The target caseload is 2 patients per hour per therapist (1:2) once fully ramped up, with flexibility. Epic GardenPlot is used as the EMR, with active work on AI dictation and scribing to reduce documentation load. There are no productivity penalties for no-show appointments, and quick authorizations are handled by a dedicated therapy authorizations team. ROC provides modern, safe equipment, updated technology, ergonomic workspaces, and lifting-assist devices, along with clear safety protocols. The leadership team is open and supportive, embracing a transparent, collaborative style that encourages open communication and shared decision-making. Physical therapists are trusted as clinical experts with autonomy in treatment decisions, fostering a collaborative culture where physicians value input and interdisciplinary teamwork. At Reno Orthopedic Center, every action is driven by employee expectations: a patient-first mindset, assuming good intent, owning success, continuous learning, kindness, and advocacy. ROC is physician-owned, ensuring decisions are made by those who understand patient care. It offers a fully integrated musculoskeletal health campus with on-site surgery, advanced imaging, therapy, urgent care, and specialty services.
