Requirements

Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Nevada
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) credential
Minimum two years’ experience in an orthopedic rehabilitation or outpatient setting

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy programs to restore function and alleviate pain
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop and adjust treatment plans
Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records
Educate patients on injury prevention and health promotion
Provide instruction on assistive devices and home care exercises
Maintain punctuality and reliability to support clinic operations
Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
