Requirements

• MN Physical Therapy license in good standing
• Strong interpersonal and adaptability skills

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes and provide physical therapy services

• Coach patients and caregivers on exercises and modifications
• Communicate with nurses, case managers, and primary care providers
