About The Position
At NovaCare Rehabilitation in Frederick, Maryland, we take pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a full-time physical therapist passionate about treating orthopedic, aquatic, and sports-medicine patients. Our Thomas Johnson Court location features advanced equipment, including a Swim-X therapy pool and an Alter-G anti-gravity treadmill. The average caseload is 10–12 patients per day, and we welcome new graduates with on-site mentorship available to support professional growth. Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
