Outpatient Physical Therapist - PRN Location: NovaCare in Silver Spring, MD Schedule: PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri) Compensation: $45- $55 /hour Join Our Team as a per diem Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics NOVACARE Silver Spring Are you an experienced outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist looking for flexible hours and a supportive team? At NOVACARE Silver Spring, we’re seeking a PRN clinician to provide as-needed coverage that aligns with your availability, perfect for someone who values work-life balance and autonomy. Coverage needs will include both our Silver Spring locations and the surrounding NovaCare outpatient centers of Montgomery County. About the Role: This PRN opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist with at least one (1) year of outpatient orthopedic experience. We are unable to consider new graduates at this time. You’ll treat a diverse patient population ranging from teens to older adults, with conditions spanning: General orthopedics Sports injuries Neurological rehabilitation Oncology (ReVital) POETs (Post Offer Employment Testing) ACL rehabilitation Fall prevention programs Our center operates Monday through Friday, with hours ranging from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certification
  • At least one (1) year of outpatient orthopedic experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional rehabilitation: evaluate, treat, direct, and document
  • Stay compliant with state, local, and federal regulations
  • Communicate openly with colleagues, patients, families, and physicians
  • Participate in team meetings
