About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve mobility, function, and overall patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active state license (or eligibility)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Float to other clinics as required
