About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Active state licensure (or eligibility)
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient setting

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic therapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other clinics as needed
