About The Position

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient orthopedic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention
- Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Effectively manage a high-volume caseload
