Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient orthopedic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure optimal outcomes
- Manage a consistent, high-volume caseload
