About The Position

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• License: Active State Licensed Physical Therapist (required)
• Education: Vocational School Graduate (required)
• Certification: BLS required within 30 days of start

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient mobility and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve movement, reduce pain, and enhance recovery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs, safety, and recovery techniques
• Promote independence and long-term functional improvement
• Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure seamless coordination of care and patient transitions
• Mentor therapy assistants or students when applicable
