About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to improve mobility and overall function.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active state license required (or proof of application at time of submission)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Float to other clinics as needed
