About The Position
Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services, understanding the unique challenges clinicians face daily. As the provider of home health therapy services for Pruitt Home Healthcare, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, delivering collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care. The company invests in its people through the Clinical Excellence Academy, offering mentorship, advanced training and certifications, virtual educational series, and OCS prep collaborative. The role involves working with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by thoughtful scheduling, defined territories to limit drive time, clinical leadership by therapists, individualized professional growth support, and collaboration with Pruitt Home Healthcare colleagues. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Active or pending state occupational therapy license
- Comfort working independently in the home setting
