About The Position

We invite you to join a cohesive, highly reputable team with a mission to care for our patients, each other, and the community! Whether you are looking for extra work, job flexibility, want to gain more experience in home health care, or need a position with growth opportunities, we may have the job for you! Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, we recognize and relate to the unique challenges clinicians face every day. As the provider of home health therapy services for Pruitt Home Healthcare, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapist, occupational therapists, speech therapist, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care. We believe clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow. Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Academy, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, virtual educational series, and OCS prep collaborative. We are dedicated to positive outcomes with patient care and satisfaction and are looking for therapy staff/team members who share the same values. We treat each patient as we would want our families and ourselves to be treated. You’ll work with a diverse and engaging caseload, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork. You’re set up to do your best work through thoughtful scheduling and defined territories to support appropriate caseloads, limited drive time between visits as much as possible, clinical leadership by therapists who understand your day‑to‑day challenges, individualized support for your interests and professional growth, and collaboration with Pruitt Home Healthcare colleagues for a comprehensive, team‑based approach to care.
