About The Position
Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health This position requires an active State Physical Therapist license. Applicants without a PT license will not be considered. Position Details: HTS is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis to cover home health patients in Frankfort, Indiana and surrounding counties. In this role, you’ll work with residents either in their individual homes or onsite in our partner senior living facilities on an as needed, basis. Growth into a part time or full time position is possible! What We Offer: Consistent PRN hours if desired Very flexible scheduling Competitive per visit rates mileage reimbursement for travel in between patients' homes Home health training onsite of senior living facility Requirements Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include earning an advanced degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited physical therapist education program, passing the state licensure exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment. Requirements
- active State Physical Therapist license
- active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license.
