Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead / Supervisor - Chicago
About The Position
As a Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through: Providing individualized and group therapy Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
Responsibilities
- Providing individualized and group therapy
