Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL.
Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive.
As a Physical Therapist (PT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide physical therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through:

Responsibilities

• Providing individualized and group therapy
• Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM)
• Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
• Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Physical Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth
