About The Position

This role supports patients across inpatient rehabilitation, medical/surgical units, and specialty service lines. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (within 30 days of start)
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform PT evaluations, reassessments, and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and discharge planning
• Manage caseloads, care transitions, and clinical documentation
