About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with recent acute-care hospital experience to support a high-acuity inpatient pharmacy. The role includes central pharmacy operations and close collaboration with physicians and nursing teams to deliver safe, evidence-based medication therapy.

Requirements

• 1+ year of recent inpatient acute-care hospital experience (within last year)
• BS or PharmD from ACPE-accredited program
• Active Florida Pharmacist license
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Verify and process medication orders
• Prepare and dispense medications per regulatory standards
• Monitor drug therapy (interactions, renal dosing, allergies)
• Support formulary management and therapeutic interchanges
• Provide clinical recommendations to providers and nursing staff
• Participate in pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation, IV-to-PO, renal dosing, and pain management programs
• Document clinical interventions and supervise pharmacy technicians
