Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Reliable transportation—this position requires travel to patients’ homes throughout Miami-Dade County.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitative programs for patients.
- Focus on improving mobility, relieving pain, increasing strength, and correcting disabling conditions caused by illness or injury.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
