About The Position

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility or rehab setting with 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday. Start and end times are flexible as long as they remain consistent and are coordinated with the Director of Rehab. This role focuses on providing rehabilitative care to patients with physical functioning disorders under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will support treatment plans, assist in improving patient mobility and function, and contribute to overall patient recovery in a structured rehab environment. No weekend or on-call requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of PTA experience and prior experience in a long-term care or rehab setting.
• An active Oklahoma PTA license is required at the time of submission.
• New graduates may be considered only if they have completed Level II clinical experience, not just observation-based training.
• Required submission documents include a current resume, a skills checklist completed within the last year, and 0–1 reference at the time of submission.
• The clinician must demonstrate knowledge of APTA guidelines, regulatory standards, and ethical practice, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
