About The Position
This position is for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) working day shifts (Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day) with 35 guaranteed hours per week for a 13-week contract. The role focuses on supporting Occupational Therapists in delivering therapy services to improve patient mobility, independence, and overall quality of life in a rehab or long-term care setting.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of OTA experience
- LTC or rehab experience required
- Must hold an active Missouri COTA license
- Comfortable working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong patient care skills
