About The Position
Occupational Therapist assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility or rehab setting with 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday. Start and end times are flexible as long as they remain consistent and are coordinated with the Director of Rehab. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with cognitive and ADL-related functional impairments, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life. The OT will manage a caseload, develop individualized care plans, and contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration. No weekend requirements, while any on-call schedule will be determined by the facility.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
- Prior experience in a long-term care or rehab setting
- Active Oklahoma OT license
- Knowledge of NBCOT standards, state practice acts, and ethical guidelines
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork
