This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our model emphasizes focused treatment sessions, strong collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes. Requirements

Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility
Graduate of an accredited PTA program
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
Educate patients on home exercise programs
Track patient progress and document outcomes
