FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Sarasota is continuing to grow and is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who values hands-on treatment, teamwork, and helping patients regain confidence in movement. This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, strong collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes. WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS Clinical Schedule & Environment • Average of 12 patient visits per day • Dedicated time for individualized patient care • Ongoing collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists Technology & Clinical Support • AI-assisted documentation to reduce after-hours charting • Advanced vestibular and balance rehabilitation equipment • Efficient workflows designed to support your day PAY & BONUS STRUCTURE Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (based on experience) Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Earn up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent bonus achievement Additional Incentives: • Sign-on bonus available for full-time hires Compensation details are reviewed during the offer process. Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills

Responsibilities
- Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
