FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lehi, Utah is expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on care, teamwork, and helping patients regain confidence in movement. This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT MANAGEABLE PATIENT SCHEDULE • Average 12 patient visits per day • Time to focus on individualized treatment plans • Collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists TECHNOLOGY THAT SUPPORTS CLINICIANS • AI-assisted documentation to reduce after-hours charting • Specialized vestibular and balance rehabilitation equipment • Organized clinic workflows that keep your day running smoothly ---------------------------------------- COMPENSATION & BONUSES Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (based on experience) Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics. Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics. Requirements

Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
