We're seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy team serving Cascades at St. Anne (Seattle) and Edmonds Landing (Edmonds). This role is ideal for a caring, motivated clinician who enjoys working with the geriatric population and thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment. You'll have the opportunity to help residents regain independence, mobility, and confidence while providing high-quality, person-centered care.
Requirements
- Current Washington PTA license in good standing
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Organized, dependable, and passionate about helping older adults
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of SNF or assisted living experience preferred, but not required - we're happy to train dedicated new grads!
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist with mobility retraining and safe transfer techniques
- Provide care to residents with a range of clinical complexities
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with company standards
