Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Part-Time or PRN Location: Cadiz, OH Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team in Cadiz, Ohio on a Part-Time or PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for a PTA seeking flexibility, supportive leadership, and the chance to make a meaningful difference with patients. Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
- Active Ohio PTA license (required)
- SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered care mindset

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
- Accurately document treatments and patient progress
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
