We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Application Programmer to join our team. This role is responsible for managing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing our PHP-based web ERP application. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based applications—including both front-end and back-end components.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to ensure high performance and an optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end users to gather and interpret functional requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain and enhance existing PHP applications.
  • Provide production support and perform root-cause analysis for issues as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on PHP development experience (required).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working within a structured SDLC environment.
  • Familiarity with Linux server environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
