About The Position

Take high quality photographs at all different activity areas and of every camper each week . Ideally, capture unique and exciting new moments/memories. Also capture group photographs for each camper group. Coordinate with senior leadership on best method and timing to release photographs to camper families and produce photos as discussed. Ideally at least twice per week. Coordinate with marketing team on best method and timing to release photographs to public at large and produce photos as discussed. Ideally at least once per week. Coordinate with marketing team to produce any specific photographs or videos they may need. Oversee Counselor In Training (CIT) program, to include greeting CITs and setting goals with them, producing set responsibilities or activities to help them meet those goals, and helping them evaluate their goals. Also assist CITs in getting connected to others at camp, to increase the likelihood they'll return to camp. Assist senior leadership team in evaluating and improving the CIT program. Assist in setting up connection points for CITs for after their camp session is done, to get their feedback on the program and also to encourage them to return. Assist senior leadership team in setting up connection points, including categorizing and labeling camper, CIT and counselor photos, to promote connection af ter camp.
