About The Position

Job Description Day in the Life You might start the day reviewing a quick-turn social cut from yesterday’s shoot, then jump into a planning huddle to align on a new interview package or program story. By midday, you’re lighting and filming an SME or capturing b-roll on-site with a small, agile crew or solo. Back at your workstation, you’re building clean edits in Premiere, adding motion polish in After Effects, and tailoring versions for internal channels and social formats. Every day is slightly different—studio, field, travel, fast pivots—but the constant is teamwork, tight storytelling, and delivering sharp, modern content that supports the RMS mission.

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, freelance, academic work welcome).
  • Broadcasting background (education or hands-on experience in TV/live/multi-camera).
